[摘要]喀什国际免税广场A塔结构高度255m,采用框架角撑外筒+框架支撑内筒钢结构体系。采用PKPM,ETABS和MIDAS/Gen这3种软件计算的小震弹性结果基本一致,计算结果表明,结构的周期比、层间位移角、层间受剪承载力之比等结果均满足规范要求。选用7条波进行弹性动力时程分析,所得层剪力平均值结果小于反应谱法结果。中震弹性分析和大震弹塑性时程分析均满足规范相关要求。通过调整内、外筒刚度使得内、外筒在水平力下承担的剪力基本相当。通过验算确定设计过程中无需考虑结构整体稳定性。结构楼盖在人行荷载作用下满足舒适度的要求。

Ultra high-rise steel structure design on tower A of Kaishi International Duty-free Plaza

Abstract: Tower A of Kaishi International Duty-free Plaza is a 255m high structure. The structure system is composed of steel outer-tube with braces at the corner and steel core-tube with braces. Programs such as PKPM, ETABS and MIDAS/Gen were used to analyze the structure performance under frequent earthquake. The results consistently show that the period ratio, inter-story drift ratios, shear resistance ratios can meet the requirement of codes. The inter-story shear force determined by analysis of elastic time-history action by seven seismic waves is smaller than the results of response spectrum analysis. The results of analysis under design intensity earthquake and severe earthquake are in accord with related codes. The shear forces of the outer-tube and core-tubes are basically equal by adjusting the stiffnesses. The overall stability is not need to be considered according to the checking results. Floor vibration serviceability acted by the walking load can satisfy the requirement of comfort of codes.
