首都体育馆比赛馆结构抗震加固研究与设计

[提要]首都体育馆比赛馆作为2008年奥运会排球比赛场地之一,工程竣工至今已40年。加固改造主要内容有:在整体抗震加固方面,将原有框架结构改造为框架 剪力墙结构,结合使用具有较大初始刚度的软钢阻尼器,彻底改善了结构的水平抗震能力并实现减震耗能的目的。在构件加固方面,采用大直径挖孔桩和条形承台加固基础,以满足剪力墙基础受力要求;采用增大截面或粘钢方法加固梁柱抗震承载力不足的构件;增加支座裙套防止支座在地震时发生塌落,对大跨屋架支座进行了抗震加固。经多方案比选,最大限度地节省了投资。

Research and Design of the Capital Gymnasium on Anti-seismic Reinforcement/Yang Yong, Chen Binlei, Li Wenfeng, Miao Qisong (Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)
Abstract:The Capital Gymnasium was constructed in 1968 and will be one of the places for volleyball game competition of 2008 Olympic Game. The reinforcement mainly includes: as respect of whole anti-seismic reinforcement, the original frame structure is modified as frame shear-wall structure and soft steel dampers are applied to improve the original structure s horizontal anti-seismic performance and to absorb earthquake energy. As respect of member reinforcement, large diameter stakes are applied to reinforce the foundation of new shear-wall. The means of magnifying concrete dimension is applied to reinforce the old concrete columns, and the means of gluing steel plates is applied to reinforce the old concrete beams. The connections of steel structure roof are reinforced to prevent the roof from falling off when large earthquake happens. By the comparison among several plans, the investment was saved to the largest extent.
