GFRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱轴压性能研究*

摘要]为了更好地研究由外层GFRP管、内层钢管及夹层混凝土三部分组成的GFRP-凝土-钢管组合方柱的轴压性能,进行了10个具有不同空心率的GFRP约束混凝土方柱的轴压试验,包括GFRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱、GFRP约束混凝土实心方柱及GFRP约束混凝土空心方柱。主要研究参数有截面配置、空心率、外层GFRP层数。试验结果表明:内部空心明显降低了外层GFRP约束的效果及整体性能,但这种缺失完全可以通过内部设置适宜的钢管得到补偿;GFRP-混凝土-钢管组合方柱中的混凝土被内层钢管、外层GFRP很好地约束,柱的强度和延性均得到明显提高,且其轴向压应力-应变行为非常相似于相应GFRP约束混凝土实心方柱。

Study on axial compression performance of GFRP-concrete-steel tube combined square columns

Abstract: In order to study the axial compression performance of GFRP-concrete-steel tube combined square columns composed of GFRP tube outside, steel tube inside and concrete  between them, axial compression experiments of 10 GFRP-confined concrete square columns with different hollow ratios were carried out, including GFRP-concrete-steel tube combined square columns, GFRP confined concrete solid square columns and GFRP confined concrete hollow square columns. The main parameters studied included the section configuration, the hollow ratio and the thickness of the GFRP outside. Test results show that inner hollow reduces the effect of external GFRP confinement and the overall performance, but this loss of confinement effectiveness and the overall performance can almost be completely compensated through setting a suitable steel tube in the column. The concrete in GFRP-concrete-steel tube combined square columns is very effectively confined by steel tube inside and GFRP tube outside, and the  strength of the GFRP-concrete-steel tube combined square columns is improved obviously  as well as the ductility. The axial stress-strain behavior of GFRP-concrete-steel tube combined square columns is very similar to that of GFRP confined solid square columns.
