[摘要]广深铁路石龙站站房下方有地铁R2线穿过,站房主体结构通过三根大跨度预应力RC转换梁跨越地铁R2线,转换梁为2.5m高的T形截面梁和2.8m高的箱形截面梁。详细分析了施工全过程中转换梁的内力,并根据其内力变化分阶段对转换梁施加预应力。简述了转换梁的截面设计,包括预应力筋的布线、非预应力钢筋设置及裂缝控制。分析结果表明,对于刚度较小的大跨度转换梁,采用分阶段张拉预应力可以明显改善整个转换结构体系的受力性能。

Design of the large-span transfer beam across subway of Shilong Railway Station building of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway

Abstract: The subway line R2 underground crosses Shilong Railway Station building of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway. The main structure of the station building crosses subway line R2 by three large-span prestressed RC transfer beams, and the transfer beams are T-shaped beams with 2.5 meters high and box girder with 2.8 meters high. The internal forces of the transfer beams during the whole construction process were analyzed. The prestressed forces were applied on the transfer beams in stages based on the internal force changes during the construction process. The section design of the transfer beams was introduced, including prestressed reinforcement layout, non-prestressed reinforcement placement and the cracking control. The analysis results show that the staged tensioning prestressed method is fit for the large-span transfer beam with small stiffness and can greatly improve the mechanical performance of the whole transfer structure.
