长沙华远·金外滩三四期综合体T1塔楼结构分析与设计

摘要]长沙华远·金外滩三四期综合体项目中的T1塔楼结构高度为262.99m,属超B级高度超限高层结构,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。小震下的反应谱分析结果表明结构的周期比、剪重比、层间位移角等均满足规范要求。在反应谱分析的基础上,利用ETABS软件对结构进行了弹性时程反应分析,结果显示,时程分析结果的平均值基本都小于反应谱分析的结果。在小震分析的基础上,选取了几个关键结构构件进行了中震不屈服校核,结果显示,构件能够满足中震不屈服的性能目标。

Structural analysis and design of T1 tower of the 3rd and 4th phase buildings of Huayuan Golden Bund in Changsha

Abstract: The structural height of T1 tower of the 3rd and 4th phase buildings of Huayuan Golden Bund in Changsha is 262.99 meters. It is an out-of-code high-rise building which exceeds the B level requirements of the code and the structural system of reinforced concrete frame core-wall is adopted. Response spectrum analysis results under the frequent earthquake show that the parameters of period-ratio, shear-weight ratio and interlayer displacement angle can satisfy the requirements of the codes. Based on the response spectrum analysis, elastic time-history analysis was conducted by using ETABS software. The analysis results show that the average results of time-history analysis are smaller than that of response spectrum analysis in general. On the basis of response spectrum analysis under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding analysis under the moderate earthquake was checked in some selected key structural members and the results show that the selected members can meet the requirements of the performance objective of nonyielding under the moderate earthquake.
