西安绿地中心A座超高层建筑结构设计

摘要]西安绿地中心A座超高层建筑塔楼高270m,采用钢管混凝土框架+伸臂桁架+型钢混凝土核心筒混合结构形式。该建筑高度超限,且地处8度区Ⅲ类场地这样的不利场地条件,结构外框架柱距大,建筑立面切角导致角柱不能竖向贯通,二道防线作用较弱。针对工程特点,重点探讨了从结构选型、结构布置、构造措施、性能目标及整体计算等方面对塔楼所采取的加强措施,并进行了设防烈度下构件的承载力分析及动力弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构各项指标均比较理想,整体设计满足设定的性能目标要求。

Structrural design on A block super high-rise building of Xi’an Greenland Center

Abstract: The A block super high-rise building of Xi’an Greenland Center, which has the height of 270m, adopts composite structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame, outriggers and steel reinforced concrete core wall. The height of the building exceeds the Chinese code limit. The building locates in an unfavorable site condition of the seismic intensity 8 zone and site . The outer frame column space is large, and the building facade has cutting angles at sides, which causes the corner columns to be not continuous along the building elevation, and conditions above lead to a weak second seismic defense line. According to the project characteristics, strengthening measures were carried out, including the structural system selection, structural layout, structural measures, performance goals and overall calculations. The bearing capacity analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the seismic fortification intensity were conducted. Results show that structural indicators are ideal and the overall structural design satisfies the expected requirements of the performance goal.
