框架-核心筒结构和筒中筒结构的判别研究

摘要]框架-核心筒结构和筒中筒结构是目前在高层和超高层建筑中应用最为广泛的两种结构体系。规范对这两种结构体系有不同的规定,然而两者是否存在明确的界限,究竟外框架刚度达到什么样的程度时框架-核心筒结构就变成了筒中筒结构,规范并没有给出明确的界定标准。以实际工程为背景,通过改变柱距和梁高来衡量两种结构体系在力学特性和设计上的差别,如倾覆力矩百分比、剪力百分比、位移角、周期等,从而建立相应的评判标准,为规范和结构设计提供参考。

Research on the differentiation of frame-core wall structure and tube-tube structure

Abstract: Frame-core wall structure and tube-in-tube structure are two kinds of structural systems that are most popularly used in high-rise and super tall buildings. Different provisions exist in codes for these two kinds of structural systems. However, there is still no clear boundary in codes between these two structural systems about the critical frame stiffness values that can convert frame-core wall structure to tube-in-tube structure. Based on the practical project, the column space and beam height were changed to compare the mechanical characteristics and design method of two structural systems, including overturning moment percentage, shear force percentage, displacement angle and period. Corresponding evaluation standards were established to provide reference for the codes and structural design.
