[摘要]采用合理的原材料和适宜的配合比,配制出多种不同纤维混杂的轻骨料混凝土,然后对其进行抗压、抗拉及抗折试验。结果表明,不同混杂纤维的掺入对轻骨料混凝土抗压强度的影响不明显,但均能不同程度地提高其抗拉、抗折强度,显著改善轻骨料混凝土的力学性能,使轻骨料混凝土的破坏形式由脆性破坏变成塑性破坏,尤以塑钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混杂轻骨料混凝土的延性破坏特征最为明显。

Experimental study on performance of lightweight aggregate concrete reinforced by hybrid fiber

Abstract: Various hybrid fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) were made through suitable raw materials and mixing proportion. The tests of compressive, tensile and bending were conducted. Results show that different hybrid fibers mixed into LWAC have invisible effect on compressive strength of LWAC, but hybrid fibers can improve tensile and bending strength inordinately. Hybrid fibers obviously improve the mechanical performance of LWAC and make the failure modes of LWAC from brittle failure to ductile failure. Especially, the ductile failure modes of hybrid fibers of PP and HPP reinforced LWAC is most obvious.
