西安迈科商业中心连体超高层结构设计

摘要]西安迈科商业中心项目由结构高度和刚度不同的两栋超高层单体组成,两单体在高位通过桁架相连,形成双塔连体结构。结构体系复杂,具有平面扭转不规则、竖向构件不连续,属于特别不规则的建筑,是目前国内第一个采用钢管混凝土柱框架-钢中心支撑核心筒-连体钢桁架的结构体系的项目。详细介绍了该工程的结构体系和设计方法,包括钢中心支撑的布置、耗能梁的设置、连接体结构的布置等。同时介绍了性能化设计方法在复杂超高层钢结构工程中针对不同构件的性能化设计要求。

Structural design of the connected super high-rise building of Xi’an Maike Business Center

Abstract: Xian Maike Business Center project consists of two connected super high-rise tower buildings. The two towers have big difference in structural height and stiffness, and are connected by the truss in high position. The structural system is complicated with irregular planar torsion and vertical members discontinuity, and the building is particularly irregular. The building is the first project in China applied the structural system of concrete filled steel tubular (CFT) column frame, steel concentrically braced core wall and steel connected truss. The structural system and design methods were presented in detail, focusing on the arrangement of the steel concentrically brace, the layout of energy consumption beams and the set of connected structure. Meanwhile the performance-based design methods were described in perspective of the performance requirements of different components in the complex super high-rise steel structure.
