[摘要]温州鹿城广场为超高层建筑,塔楼建筑高度与结构高度均为350m。基础采用钻孔灌注桩,桩径为1 100mm。上部结构采用带加强层的框架-核心筒结构,共设置了三道加强层。采用工字形钢梁与压型钢板组合楼板。顶部7层取消南北方向的外框柱,采用吊杆承受楼面荷载和拉索支承幕墙体系。

Structural design and analysis on key structural issues of super high-rise tower of Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza

Abstract: Wenzhou Lucheng Plaza is a super high-rise building. The tower height, either architectural or structural, is 350m. The foundation adopts boring piles with pile diameter 1 100mm. The super structure is a typical frame-core system with outrigger. There are 3 strengthened storeys. The floor framing is I-shape steel beams and profiled steel sheet composite RC slab. On the 7 top storeys, the outer frame columns in both north and south are eliminated, tension posts are employed to carry the floor loadings, and cables are used to support curtain wall system.
