多高层钢框架-预制混凝土抗侧力墙装配式结构竖向受力性能研究*

摘要]对1榀由钢框架和预制混凝土抗侧力墙组成的足尺试件进行了竖向加载试验,考察该装配式结构在施工和使用阶段竖向荷载的分配关系以及框架梁挠度的变化规律。在试验研究基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立与验证试验模型,并以实际工程为背景,建立6层和12层单跨钢框架预制混凝土抗侧力墙装配式结构模型,模拟分析了多高层结构在三种施工方案下的竖向受力性能以及框架梁的变形规律。研究结果表明:采用先逐层安装预制构件,后逐层终拧高强螺栓的施工顺序,能够保证抗侧力墙体仅承担使用阶段的竖向活荷载,大幅度降低了墙体的轴压比。在使用阶段,随着楼层层数的增多,框架柱竖向荷载分担率升高,而抗侧力墙体竖向荷载分担率降低,两者之间的差值逐渐增大。

Research on the vertical mechanical behavior of multi-storey and high-rise steel frame-prefabricated concrete lateral resistance wall fabricated structure

Abstract: In order to investigate the vertical load distribution relationship and frame beams deflection variation of the fabricated structure during the construction and use phase, a fullscale specimen composed of steel frame and prefabricated concrete lateral resistance wall was tested under the vertical load. On the basis of the experimental research, ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish and verify the test model. According to a practical engineering background, six-story and twelve-story steel frame-prefabricated concrete lateral resistance wall fabricated structure models with single span were established, and simulation analysis of the vertical mechanical behavior and beams deformation law on multi-storey and high-rise structure under three kinds of construction schemes was carried out. The results show that the construction sequence of firstly installing prefabricated layer by layer and then finally screwing high-strength bolts step by step can guarantee the lateral resistance wall to bear only vertical live load in the use phase, thereby the wall axial compression ratio is greatly reduced. In the use phase, with the increase of the number of floors, vertical load sharing ratio of the frame columns raises while  vertical load sharing ratio of the lateral resistance wall reduces, and the difference between them increases gradually.
