两种多高层装配式钢结构体系及技术特点比较分析

摘要]介绍了两种适用于多高层结构的新型装配式钢框架结构体系,一种是美国的Conxtech Space Frame System(简称Conxtech钢框架体系),另一种是我国的空腹梁支撑钢框架结构体系。对两种结构体系的组成与技术特点进行了详细分析,并从梁柱连接、楼盖形式、装配工艺等方面对两种体系进行分析比较,指出Conxtech钢框架体系的技术成熟,但整体工业化程度不如空腹梁支撑钢框架结构体系,两种体系均有优势,对同类型结构体系的开发研究具有参考价值。

Comparative analysis of two high-rise assembly steel structural systems and relevant technical features

Abstract: Two kinds of new assembly steel frame structural systems applied to high-rise structures were introduced, including American Conxtech Space Frame System and Chinese open-web beam braced steel frame structural system. The composition and technical features of two structural systems were analyzed in detail and the comparison about the aspects of beam-column connection, floor type and assembly technology was conducted. The comparative analysis indicates that the technique of Conxtech Space Frame System is mature but its whole industrialization degree is inferior to truss beam braced steel frame system. Two systems have their respective advantages and they have reference value for development and research of the  same type of structural systems.
