分离式预制楼梯应用于装配式框架的抗震性能分析*

摘要]为研究预制楼梯的分离连接构造对装配式框架结构抗震性能的影响,设计了某多层产业化住宅试验楼的结构,其中预制楼梯与主体的连接有分离式和整体式两种形式。利用SATWE软件对两种方案的试验楼分别进行了振型分解法计算,对比分析了两种方案下结构的自振特性及地震响应参数。分析结果表明,预制楼梯采用分离式连接可消除其斜撑效应对框架结构的不利影响,结构的基底总剪力和总倾覆力矩明显降低;楼梯间的框架柱内力集中现象得到显著改善;当分离式预制楼梯设置在端部偏内的位置时,框架柱剪力沿纵向分布较为均匀,且楼梯间框架柱剪力均有所降低。

Seismic performance analysis of separated prefabricated stairs used in the assembly frame

Abstract: In order to study the influence of the separated connection structure of the prefabricated stair on the seismic performance of the assembly frame structure, a multi-story industrialized residential building was designed, and the connections between the prefabricated stair and the main frames have two contrasting schemes of separated and integrated connection. SATWE software was used to carry out the modal analysis of the two schemes, and the vibration characteristics and seismic response parameters were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the separated connection of the prefabricated stair can eliminate the adverse effects of its diagonal brace effect on the frame structure and the total basal shear forces and overturning moment of the structure has been significantly reduced. The internal force concentration phenomenon of frame columns in the stairwell is significantly relieved. When separated prefabricated stair are set near the end of the structure, the shear forces of frame columns distribute uniformly along the longitudinal direction and the shear forces of frame columns in the stairwell decrease to some extent.
