大跨度装配整体式钢混凝土组合空腹楼盖结构设计*

摘要]长沙市巨星创业基地多层大跨度轻型工业厂房楼盖采用装配整体式钢-混凝土组合空腹楼盖结构体系,该楼盖主要由上层钢筋混凝土肋板、下层T形钢肋以及方形钢管剪力键组成,上层带肋板与下层钢肋均在工厂预制。通过分析结构的实际受力状态,拟定了结构在设计时需要采取的技术措施、设计要求以及施工工艺,并对关键构件和节点的计算与构造进行了介绍。采用此种方法进行设计能够保证结构的安全可靠,对相关工程设计有一定的借鉴作用。

Structural design of large-span prefabricated integral steel-concrete composite hollow slabs

Abstract: Prefabricated integral steel-concrete composite hollow slab structural system was adopted in the large-span multistory light industrial factory for Great Star entrepreneurship base in Changsha City. The system was made up of upper layer reinforced concrete rib-floor, lower layer T-shaped steel ribs and square steel tube shear key. The top prefabricated ribbed plates and bottom steel ribs were prefabricated in factories. Through the analysis of the structure under actual stress state, the technical measures, design requirements and construction techniques were studied. The calculation and structural details of key components and nodes were introduced. The structure is safe and reliable using this design method, which can provide some reference for engineering design.
