［提要］就结构设计中的一些概念问题进行了讨论，内容包括：基础持力层为基岩时抗震要求可适当放松，结构抗侧刚度应适当增加，强风低烈度的区域应加强抗风设计并适当放松抗震要求，框剪结构的柱底弯矩可不放大，框支结构的一些问题，不应以已建成结构作为设计成功的范例，柱轴压比的限值是否过于严格，以及应当抵制的一些不合理的构造要求。这些讨论可作为结构设计人员参考。

Some Suggestion of Conception of Structure Design/Cheng Maokun(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design,Beijing 100045,China)

Abstract: The concept topics about structure design is discussed which are described as follow. Seismic design level can be decreased when the foundation is rock. Its better that the structure is stiffer. The wind resist design is more important than seismic design in regions where wind is intense but earthquake is not intense. The bottom end moment of column of shear－wall－frame structure can not be increased. Something about frame supporting structure should be made more clear. Something which has been used in practice may not be correct sometimes. Pressure ratio of column may be too strict in Chinese regulations. Some details which are not reasonable should be resisted. These discussions may be references to structure designers.
