现浇混凝土楼板收缩裂缝控制的试验研究

[提要]  通过对影响现浇混凝土楼板收缩裂缝主要因素的试验分析,建议楼板的混凝土强度满足耐久性和承载力要求即可(C20~C30),不宜取得过高;应尽量采用坍落度较小的混凝土;混凝土板必须振捣密实,并加强养护;采用泵送混凝土时,对普通板增加双层、双向温度、收缩钢筋用量。可供设计、施工和规范修订时参考。

Test on Shrinkage Crack Controlling of Cast in situ Concrete Floors/Zhang Xuehong, Sun Lijin, Cong Junhua, Lu Wenhua, Li Ming, Zhang Jianqing (Suzhou Architecture Employee Univ., Suzhou 215000, China)
Abstract:Based on the results of a shrinkage crack controlling test on cast in situ concrete floors, it is suggested that, the concrete strength grade of floor had better be C20~C30, as well as satisfy the demand of wear and bearing capacity; the concrete degree of collapse had better be low.; the concrete must be vibrated to be dense; when the pumped concrete is used, the setting steel should be intensified. The suggestions can be the references for the design, construction and codes emending.
