压型钢板混凝土组合楼盖与轻型木楼盖在钢框架中应用对比研究

[摘要]  本文以某钢结构办公楼为案例,对采用压型钢板混凝土组合楼盖与采用木楼盖两种楼盖方案,从结构设计方法、工程量、施工进度等方面都做了一系列的比较。结果表明:采用木楼盖有效降低了结构自重,从而大大减小了结构水平地震力作用;降低基础受力,减少基础造价;减小梁柱截面,降低用钢量;轻型木楼盖满足装配化施工,摆脱了湿作业,大大提高了施工速度。

The comparison research between the profiled sheeting-concrete composite slabs and the light wood diaphragms in steel frame structure

Abstract: In this paper, a design case of a multi-storey steel office building, which applied two different plan of floor system, the profiled sheeting-concrete composite slabs and the light wood diaphragms, is raised to making comparisons in the fields of design method, total amount of engineering and construction speed. Results show that, the light wood diaphragm plan leads to a large reduction of the structure self-weight, which caused a corresponding cut down of the horizontal seismic force. Meanwhile, the cost of foundation, the column & beam sections and the amount of steel are also lowered down. By the prefabricated construction, wood diaphragm plan also dramatically improves the construction schedule.
