预应力碳纤维板加固钢筋混凝土T形梁的试验研究

[摘要]  在体外预应力加固技术中,用高性能的碳纤维板代替传统预应力钢绞线(或预应力钢材)是可行的、有益的,因此预应力碳纤维板加固技术是很有应用前景的一种加固技术。为了适应桥梁加固对大吨位预应力加固的需要,研制了能一次夹持双层碳纤维板的波形锚BXM502D,通过锚固组装件的静力破断试验,验证了该型号波形锚的锚固能力能达到600kN以上。将波形锚BXM502D用于大比例T形梁进行双层预应力碳纤维板的加固试验,双层碳纤维板的预拉力达到300kN;试验结果表明双层预应力碳纤维板能与被加固的混凝土梁共同工作,非常显著地提高了原结构的开裂、屈服荷载,也大幅提高了原结构的极限承载力。

Experimental research on reinforced concrete T beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP strip

Abstract: In Externally pre-stressed strengthen technology, high performance CFRP plate instead of traditional prestressed steel strand is feasible, useful, so the prestressed CFRP strip strengthen technique is very promising. In order to meet the need of Large Tonnage Prestressed in bridge strengthen, BXM502D which is a type of Wave-Shaped-Gear-Grip(WSGG) anchorage is developed to clamp double CFRP plates. Through the static anchorage assembly breaking test, verified the anchorage capacity of BXM502D can reach above 600kN. The BXM502D were plied in strengthened large proportion of T beam with double prestressed CFRP plates. Double CFRP plates were pre-tensioned reached 300kN.The test results show that double prestressed CFRP plates can significantly improve the original structure of cracking, yielding load, and greatly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure.
