某多层砖混房屋后张预应力加固技术研究及应用*

[摘 要]  结合北京某多层砖混结构房屋抗震加固工程,介绍了砖混墙体采用后张预应力抗震加固新技术的工程应用。并进行了八片试验墙体在水平低周反复荷载下的试验研究,对比分析了未加固墙体与加固墙体的破坏形态和受力特点。研究结果表明,后张预应力加固砖砌体墙体可以显著提高墙体的延性和抗剪承载力,改善破坏形态。

Research and application on seismic behaviors of a multistory brick building retrofitted with post-tensioned tendons

Abstract: The application of the new seismic retrofitting technology of using post-tensioning tendons to retrofit brick wall structures was presented according to a seismic retrofitting project of multistory brick building in Beijing. Meanwhile, eight brick walls retrofitted with post-tensioned tendons were tested under lateral low-cyclic reversed load. Mechanical behaviors and failure modes of the seismically retrofitted brick walls using post-tensioning were compared to the response of a non-retrofitted brick wall. It could be found that the ductility and the shear capacity of the brick wall retrofitted using post-tensioned tendons could be significantly improved, and the failure modes were also enhanced.
