[摘要]  北京某饭店始建于1987年，应业主要求进行加固改造设计。目前加固行业出现了多种加固材料、加固方法，但是每种方法都有其适用的前提条件。本文根据北京某饭店的加固改造设计，重点介绍该结构方案设计所遇到的问题以及细部处理方法，供其他工程借鉴采用。

Reinforcement and Rebuilding Design of a grand hotel in Beijing

Abstract: A grand hotel was designed in 1987 in Beijing. It needs strengthing the existing structures and rebuilding partially. With the large growing demond of the strengthing of structures, a lot of material and methods are appearing. As we know, not every method can be used anytime. In this paper, we will introduce the structure- strengthing of the grand hotel, so it can be consulted by other similar kinds of buildings.
