某办公楼结构设计

[摘要]办公楼抗震缝分成办公和会议中心两部分,办公部分为十三层框架-剪力墙结构,设二层地下室,入口大厅跨度15.2m,此部分框架采用型钢混凝土结构,地下一层楼板及一层楼板采用现浇混凝土空心楼盖,基础为混凝土钻孔嵌岩灌注桩,采用灌注桩后注浆工艺提高单桩承载力。本文详细阐述了结构体系及布置、结构设计特点及难点;分析并优化了结构计算指标;对现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构设计和混凝土钻孔嵌岩灌注桩设计及灌注桩后注浆工艺进行了讨论。

Structure design for an office building

Abstract: An office building is divided into office and conference center by the seismic joint. The structure system of office building is thirteen layer frame-shear wall structure of. This building has two layer basements. The steel reinforced concrete is used in frame of entrance hall because the frame span is 15.2m. Underground and ground layer floor slab adopt the cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor system. The foundation of building is cast-in-place bored embedded rock pile and cast-in-place pile post grouting technology is used for improving bearing capacity of single pile. This paper introduces the structure layout and structural design difficult points. The structural calculation index is analyzed and optimized.  The cast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure design and reinforced concrete bored piles and cast-in-place pile post grouting technology are discussed.
