江苏建筑职业技术学院图书馆结构设计

[摘要] 江苏建筑职业技术学院图书馆混凝土结构体系外露,特有的八面柱、井字梁与斜柱勾勒出清晰的混凝土框架结构体系。为配合建筑效果,结构平面局部外挑尺寸较大,外围局部结构采用倾斜角度不等的型钢混凝土柱进行转换,采用ANSYS进行节点分析,多种软件复核保证设计安全。本工程属超长结构且平面较复杂,采用ETABS进行楼板温度应力分析,设计时采取了相应的措施减小了温度效应对结构的影响。采用BIM三维可视化技术进行设计,预演了三维管线排布,并利用碰撞检测精确搜索排查错误,提前规避了大部分设计变更与修改,为施工阶段节省投资。

Structural design on the library of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute

Abstract: The library of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute was designed as an exposed structure system. The unique octagonal column, crossing beams and inclined bracings outline a clear appearance of concrete frame structure system. Inclined steel reinforced concrete bracings of different angels were arranged to fulfill the architectural effects, ANSYS nodal analysis was used to ensure safety. Due to super-long structure and complicated structure plane, using ETABS for the slab temperature stress analysis, several measures were taken to reduce the impact of the temperature effect on the structure. BIM technology was adopted to realize 3D visual design and to preview the 3D pipeline arrangement. The collision errors were found to avoid the most design changes and modification in advance, saving the investment for the construction stage.
