大型LNG储罐的动力特性及非线性地震响应分析

[摘要]  运用ADINA有限元分析软件建立160000m3大型LNG储罐模型。考虑液固耦合效应,对储罐内外罐的自振特性进行分析并与理论公式计算值比较。结果表明有限元方法能够准确模拟计算LNG储罐的外罐模态以及内罐的耦联、晃动模态。在此基础上对LNG储罐进行地震响应分析,得到了储罐加速度及位移峰值沿罐壁高度变化曲线,罐壁的应力分布,以及储罐基底剪力、倾覆弯矩,储液晃动波高、动液压等重要指标。初步揭示了LNG储罐的破坏机理,并为储罐的抗震设计提供重要的参考依据。

Dynamic characteristics and nonlinear seismic response analysis of large-scale LNG storage tanks

AbstractA finite element model of 160000 m3 LNG storage tanks was established by using ADINA. Considering the liquid-solid coupling effect, the dynamic characteristics had been studied and compared with the theoretical formula values. The results showed that the finite element analysis method could accurately calculate the inner-tank’s basic vibration model of liquid-solid coupling and sloshing, as well as the out-tank’s basic vibration model. Based on this, the seismic response was studied and obtained some important indexes, such as acceleration and displacement envelope curve along height direction, the stress distribution, and the base shear, overturning moment, the sloshing wave height and hydrodynamic pressure. The analysis results preliminarily revealed the LNG tank’s damage mechanism, and provided an important reference for the seismic design.
