[摘要] 为改进现有普通叠层橡胶支座的隔震效果,利用形状记忆合金的超弹性,将SMA绞线加入叠层橡胶支座中,设计出SMA绞线-叠层橡胶复合支座。分析了SMA绞线-叠层橡胶复合支座的工作原理,建立了该支座单质点体系的运动方程及动力分析模型,并进行了应用SMA绞线-叠层橡胶复合支座的单自由度隔震体系在初位移荷载,正弦荷载和地震荷载激励下的动力反应时程分析。结果表明,SMA绞线-叠层橡胶复合支座是一种有效的隔震装置,它有效地减小结构的位移、速度以及加速度时程反应,使结构的地震响应明显降低。

Analysis of dynamic response in one degree structure applied with SMA
wire-laminated rubber combined bearings

Abstract:The SMA wire-laminated rubber combined bearings is developed with SMA strands around the laminate rubber bearing applying the hyper elastic behavior of SMA strands, for the sake of improving seismic isolative effect of laminate rubber bearing. In this paper, the operating principle of laminate rubber bearing is analyzed, the mechanical model was created, the analyses on dynamic response of one degree isolation system based on SMA wire-laminated rubber combined bearings bear up the initial displacement, the sine load and seismic load is accomplished. As a result, the SMA wire-laminated rubber combined bearings is an effective isolate setting and the seismic response, such as displacement, velocity and acceleration of the structure with the applying of which would be reduced effectively.
