某超限办公楼基于性能的静力弹塑性抗震分析

[摘要]  对某超限高层框架—剪力墙结构进行了静力弹塑性分析,得出了该结构在小震、中震、大震情况下的性能点和各构件的出铰情况。结合国内外规范从不同角度对结构的抗震性能进行了评价,为本工程的抗震性能化设计提供了依据,并为类似工程的分析与设计提供参考。

Seismic analysis about elasto-plastic Pushover method based on performance-based of an out-of-code high-rise office Building

AbstractThe Frame-Shear Wall structure of an out-of-code high-rise office building is analysised by ElastoPlastic PushOver method. The performance-based points of the structure and the plastic hinged bearings of the structural members are drawn on the condition of low-degree,middle-degree,high-degree Earthquake. The seismic performance is valued from different ways combine the Chinese Codes and forign Codes, wich provided the proof for seismic performance-based design. References are provided for the resemblance project
