楼梯对不同结构体系抗震性能的影响分析

[  ] 在汶川大地震中,框架结构和框架-剪力剪结构中钢筋混凝土现浇楼梯出现大量破坏,尤以框架结构中楼梯破坏最为严重。以5 层框架教学楼为例,比较了PKPM软件传统模型与考虑楼梯构件参与整体计算模型,以及midas Gen中建立的空间分析模型。同时还对比了楼梯间对框架-剪力墙结构的影响。结果表明,框架结构受到楼梯间的影响显著,楼梯参与整体计算后结构的自振周期减小,振型的出现顺序发生变化。框架-剪力墙结构随着剪力墙数量的增多,底层框架柱承担的地震倾覆力矩减少,相应楼梯间对整体结构的影响也逐渐减小。PKPM软件在PMCAD中布置楼梯后,只有在程序自动复制的子目录LT下接力SATWE计算,才会通过折梁的方式考虑楼梯间的影响。

Seismic performance analysis of different structure systems considering stair influence

Abstract: Wenchuan earthquake shows that the staircase is damaged easily under the earthquake, especially in the frame structure comparing with the frame-shearwall structure. The results of 5-story teaching building using the software PKPM and midas Gen are compared. And the influence of stair to frame-shearwall structure is analyzed. It shows that the frame structure is significantly influenced by the stair. The natural period will decrease and the order of vibration modes will change after considering stairs. With the increase of shearwall in the frame-shearwall structure, the proportion of underlying columns in seismic overturning moment will reduce, therefore the influence of stairs to the overall structure will gradually reduce.  Moreover the influence of stairs will be consider correctly only if the project worked in the subdirectory LT.
