预应力碳纤维板夹片式锚具设计与试验研究*

摘要]利用摩阻锚固原理,设计并研究了一种用于加固钢结构的预应力碳纤维板夹片式锚具。结合实际施工过程确定理论分析过程,进而拟定锚具的关键尺寸,提出设计过程中关键问题的解决方法。受力分析、有限元模拟及试验研究表明,该锚具设计理论合理、施工方便,其成果能为钢结构加固提供一种有效的方法。

Design and experimental investigation of wedge-type anchorage for CFRP plates

Abstract: A wedge-type anchorage for prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) plates for strengthening steel structures was designed and studied based on the principle of friction anchorage. The theoretical analysis process was determined from the construction process. The key dimensions were developed and the solutions of the key problems in design process were presented. Mechanical analysis, finite element simulation and experimental investigation indicate that the design theory of the anchorage is reasonable and the construction is convenient. The result can provide an effective method for strengthening steel structures.
