钢纤维和碳纤维增强混凝土的抗压性能试验研究

(1 上海大学土木工程系 200072; 2 上海市应用数学和力学研究所 200072)[提要] 分别进行了掺入钢纤维、碳纤维及两种纤维混杂对混凝土抗压性能增强效果的试验研究。讨论了钢纤维掺量、分布形式,以及碳纤维长径比对混凝土抗压性能的影响。并将钢纤维和不同长径比的碳纤维进行混杂组合,研究了钢-碳混杂纤维对混凝土强度和变形能力的影响。试验结果表明,钢纤维分布形式的不同对混凝土抗压强度有一定影响;碳纤维长径比对混凝土抗压性能的影响很大;钢纤维与短碳纤维混杂组合有效地改善了混凝土的抗压性能。[关键词] 钢纤维 碳纤维 混杂纤维 混凝土 延性比提高率Experimental Study on Compression Behavior of Steel and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Concrete/Liu Tao1,2, Feng Wei2,Zhang Zhimei1,2 (1 Department of Civil Engineering, Shanghai University, Shanghai 200072, China; 2 Shanghai Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, Shanghai 200072, China)Abstract:The behavior of steel, carbon and their hybridized fiberreinforced concrete is studied experimentally. The effect of content, orientation of steel fibers and length/diameter aspect ratio of carbon fibers on concrete is discussed, as well as that of their hybridized fibers.
