活性粉末混凝土加固钢筋混凝土柱轴压性能试验研究*

摘要]研究了活性粉末混凝土(RPC)加固法加固钢筋混凝土柱的轴压性能及影响因素。对5根钢筋混凝土柱进行了一次受力轴心受压试验,将其中4根加固柱试验结果与另外1根未加固柱试验结果进行对比。结果表明,RPC加固法是一种有效的加固方法,能够显著提高加固柱的极限承载力、峰值应变、开裂荷载、延性、刚度及抗裂性能,有效地改善加固柱的裂缝分布形态及破坏模式。RPC加固法可以大幅度提高构件的极限承载力和延性,约束裂缝的发展。最后,给出了加固柱受压极限承载力计算公式,该公式所得计算值与试验结果吻合较好。

Experimental study on axial compression performance of RPC reinforced concrete columns

Abstract: The axial compression performance and influencing factors of RC columns reinforced by reactive powder concrete (RPC) were studied. Through axial compression test of five columns subjected to one-off loading, the results of four reinforced columns were compared with that of one RC column without reinforcement. Test results show that RPC reinforcing method is effective  which can enormously increase ultimate bearing capacity, peak strain, cracking load, ductility, stiffness and anti-cracking ability of reinforced columns. Meanwhile, this method can also effectively improve the distribution patterns of cracks and failure modes of reinforced columns. RPC reinforcing method can greatly raise the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of members and restrain the development of cracks. Finally, the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced columns was given, the calculated values by the formula correspond well with test results.
