高强材料置换外周截面加固混凝土柱试验研究

摘要]针对结构工程中常见框架柱混凝土强度不足的缺陷,提出了用高强材料置换柱外周截面的加固方法,并对实施工艺与补强效果进行了试验研究。多个混凝土轴压、偏压柱试件的破坏试验表明,该方法可明显提高柱的受压与受剪承载力,且得到以下结论:被加固低强混凝土柱的受压与受剪承载力随其组合截面折算平均强度的增加而增大;置换外周截面加固柱的延性无明显变化;被加固柱的设计承载力可根据《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 500102010)中相应方法计算确定;《混凝土结构加固设计规范》(GB 503672006)中关于置换截面加固的混凝土强度限制条件应适当放松。研究表明,该方法适用于加固仅混凝土强度明显低于设计与使用要求,或中、轻度地震损坏(配筋未屈服)的框架柱。当这些柱位于多层结构下部时,如采用该加固方法,绝大多数情况下可避免连带拆除质量合格的上部结构。

Experimental research on reinforced concrete columns strengthened by replacing peripheral section with high-strength material

Abstract: Considering the inefficient concrete strength of the frame columns in structural engineering, the new strengthening method was proposed by replacing peripheral section with high-strength material. Operation process and strengthening effects of the method were studied in tests. Destructive tests of column specimens in axial compression and eccentric compression show that, by replacing peripheral section with high-strength material, the compression and shear strength increase significantly, and conclusions are obtained that compression and shear strength of specimens increase with increment of average conversion strength of the composite section. The specimen ductility is nearly unchanged. Specimen bearing capacities can be determined according to Code for design of concrete structures (GB 500102010), and relative restrictions about concrete strength of replaced section strengthening method in Design code for strengthening concrete structureGB 503672006should be released appropriately. Study shows that the strengthening method is suitable to use for columns with inefficient concrete strength, or non-seriously damaged frame columns in earthquake (i.e. no yielded reinforcements). Especially, when the kind of defective columns are located in lower parts of a multi-story building, by using  strengthening method, the qualified upper structure can be avoided to be removed and rebuilt in most cases.
