某超高层结构抗震性能设计

[摘要]  某超高层办公楼建筑高度为139.80m属于B级高层建筑,采用框架剪力墙结构形式。针对该工程的超限情况和结构体系,对结构构件制定一系列的抗震性能目标,同时满足安全性和经济性。根据抗震性能目标,进行多遇地震弹性计算、设防地震弹性和不屈服计算和罕遇地震下的双向Pushover分析,找到薄弱层及薄弱部位进行加强。结果表明本工程能满足拟定的抗震性能目标。

Seismic performance design of a extra-high structure

Abstract:The height of a extra-high office building is 139.80m and frame-shear-wall structure is applied. According to the overrun situation and structural system, a series of seismic performance objectives of different structure members are established to satisfy safety and economy. Based on the seismic performance goal, elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic analysis and un-yield analysis of components under moderate earthquake and Pushover analysis under rare earthquake is applied, to find the weak layer and weak position, and then strengthen them. The results show that the project can meet the proposed performance objectives.
