青海玉树地震民用建筑震害调查和分析

[摘要] 通过对玉树地震灾区房屋应急评估和调查,对建筑物的震害进行了整理和分析。根据评估结果分析认为,建筑物主要存在以下缺陷:1)未按规范设置构造柱和圈梁;2)普遍采用预制楼板;3)砌体基本为混凝土空心砌块;4)施工质量差。 最后提出了相应的措施和若干建议。

Investigation and Analysis of Building Damage in Yushu City Caused By Earthquake

Abstract: Based on the emergency assessment and investigation of building damage in Yushu city caused by earthquake on April 14, 2010, the earthquake damage of building have been analyzed. As a result of our investigation and analysis, most of the buildings there were found to have some shortcomings that can be summarized as the following: (1) Grid and column was not constructed according to the standard; (2) Prefabricated floor was adopted; (3) The masonry was the native concrete hollow block ; (4) Poor quality was seen with most of the buildings. Furthermore, Several seismic fortification measures and suggestions about reconstruction are proposed in this paper.
