青海玉树地震民用建筑震害调查和分析

（1甘肃土木工程科学研究院，兰州 730020；2.兰州理工大学土木工程学院，甘肃 兰州 730020）[摘要] 通过对玉树地震灾区房屋应急评估和调查，对建筑物的震害进行了整理和分析。根据评估结果分析认为，建筑物主要存在以下缺陷：1）未按规范设置构造柱和圈梁；2）普遍采用预制楼板；3）砌体基本为混凝土空心砌块；4）施工质量差。 最后提出了相应的措施和若干建议。[关键词] 玉树地震; 砌体结构;混凝土空心砌块;震害调查;应对措施中图分类号：TU352.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2013)S1-1051-04Investigation and Analysis of Building Damage inZheng Jianjun1, Liao Yongshi2, Du Lei1,Niu jinliang1(1. Gansu Science Research Institute of Civil Engineering;Abstract: Based on the emergency assessment and investigation of building damage in Yushu city caused by earthquake on April 14, 2010, the earthquake damage of building have been analyzed. As a result of our investigation and analysis, most of the buildings there were found to have some shortcomings that can be summarized as the following: (1) Grid and column was not constructed according to the standard; (2) Prefabricated floor was adopted; (3) The masonry was the native concrete hollow block ; (4) Poor quality was seen with most of the buildings.
