益田假日广场托梁换柱改造施工监测

[  ]  深圳益田假日广场为地上两层 (L1-L2)、地下四层 (B1-B4)框架结构。为了满足新的B1层大空间要求,将B1层的原有的2根钢筋混凝土柱拆除,柱间距由49m变成218m。用钢转换梁(SB1)代替被拆除的钢筋混凝土梁支承B1层以上的钢筋混凝土柱,并用钢柱(SC1加固B1B2B3层与所拆除柱相邻的柱。在关键的切柱施工中,设置4个压力传感器监控千斤顶的顶升力,并对新加的转换钢梁SB1和加固的柱子进行了应力监测,使施工过程始终处于有效的控制之中,确保了施工安全。

Supporting beam and replacing column construction monitoring of Yitian Holiday Plaza

Abstract: Yitian holiday plaza is a ground 2-layersL1-L2, underground 4-layersB1-B4, frame structure. In order to meet the B1 layer of large space, removed two columns of B1 layer, then the space between two columns changed from 9 meters to 18 meters. Steel transfer beam (SB1) is used to support the concrete column above the B1 layer, and steel column (SC1) to reinforce remained concrete columns on B1, B2, B3 layers. During cutting column process, 4 pressure sensors were placed to control the forces of jacks, and strain gauges were placed on transfer beam SB1 and reinforcing columns SC1. The whole process was under control, construction safety was ensured.
