柔性提升方法的4根绳长的受力敏感性的分析

[摘要在中国商飞部装厂房3万㎡焊接球屋盖整体提升的施工过程中,运用Midas Gen7.80版本软件对柔性提升方法中的4根钢丝绳进行了受力分析。分析表明4根绳中,有一根绳长有微小的变化都会造成提升系统的较大变化。通过大量的计算与分析得出了合理的绳长变化度和施工的精度结合点。该方法能为为同类工程钢结构工程的构件的加工和安装提供指导。

Sensitivity analysis on length diversification of the four ropes for flexible hoisting method

Abstract:  Analyze the safety of flexible enhancing the overall roof with Sap200014.0 while constructing the COMAC ministry of installed plant. The analysis showed that one rope length small changes will cause larger changes in the hoisting system in four ropes. Through a lot of calculations and analysis to come to a reasonable degree of change of the length of the rope and construction accuracy combined. This method can provide some experiences to the construction and fabrication of the steel member of the project.
