上海某展示中心空间钢管结构安装技术解析

[摘要大跨度多曲面焊接空间钢管结构是空间结构安装施工的难点。施工过程中,如何合理、有效地预控结构的整体安装质量是确保工程顺利进行的关键。本文介绍了双曲率圆管空中对接、圆管桁架原位三机抬吊、穹顶结构对称高空闭合及方管支撑体系设计等重点和难点,并对构件制作的优化组合、安装过程中精确度监测、焊接收缩量及变形控制等方面进行了简明阐述。

Installation technique of the spatial steel tube structure of Exhibition Center in Shanghai

Abstract: Welding spatial structure of multi surface and large span is difficult in installation. In the process of construction, how to reasonably, effectively control the overall structure quality of the installation is the key-point to ensure the smooth progress of the projects. This paper introduces the double curvature tube joint, pipe truss in situ three cranes lifting, dome structure symmetry aloft closing, and the design of RHS bracing system. The optimization and combination of components in fabrication and installation are discussed. Accurate monitoring in installation and shrinkage and deformation control during welding are described.
