碳纤维筋夹片式锚具锚固性能的试验研究

[提要] 通过改变传统夹片锚具的外形与几何尺寸来解决碳纤维(CFRP)筋的锚固问题。通过静载试验详细研究了改进后CFRP筋专用夹片式锚具的不同几何参数对其锚固性能的影响,并通过50次周期荷载试验和200万次疲劳试验证明了这种锚具锚固CFRP筋的可行性。试验结果表明,改进后的夹片式锚具能够有效锚固试验中所采用的CFRP筋。[关键词] 碳纤维筋 夹片式锚具 静载试验 疲劳试验Experimental Investigation on Wedgetype Anchorage Performance of CFRP Tendon/Liang Dong1,2, Fang Zhi3, Sun Zhigang4 (1 Department of Bridge Engineering,Tongji Univ.,Shanghai 200092, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering,Hebei Univ.of Technology, Tianjin 300132, China; 3 Department of Civil Engineering, Hunan Univ., Changsha 410082, China; 4 Shandong Provincial Communications Planning and Design Institute, Jinan 250000, China)Abstract:One of the central obstacles for CFRP tendons to be widely used is the method of anchoring the CFRP tendons during the service life of the structures. For solving this practical problem, ameliorations have been made for conventional wedge type anchorage system. The influences of different geometrical parameters to ancior performance have been studied through a series of static and fatigue tests. The results of tests indicate that the traditional wedge type anchorage can be used directly to anchor the CFRP tendon after some reasonable ameliorations have been done.
