［摘要］北京来福士广场为大底盘三塔楼的框架-剪力墙结构，整体结构复杂，局部构造多变。为充分实现建筑师的设计理念及构造设想，通过对结构的整体分析、基础选型、结构布置、局部构造等诸多方面的深入研究和反复比较，优化了本工程的结构设计。建成后，经过几年的使用，该建筑物既实现了预定的建筑使用功能，又为首都增添了一座地标性建筑。

Structural design of Beijing Raffles Square

Abstract: Beijing Raffles Square is a three-tower with large chassis structure with the complex overall structure and versatile local structure. Through the in-depth study and repeated comparison of the overall structure analysis, basis selection, structural arrangement, local structure and so on, the structure design was optimized. Completed structure after several years of use, the building not only achieves predetermined architectural function, but also adds a landmark for the capital.
