国产胶合木复合增强效应的非线性有限元分析*

摘要]国产人工林木材生长快、砍伐期短、力学强度低,难以达到木质桥梁工程材的要求。因此,以玻璃纤维布、铝箔为增强材料,对木材进行多材料之间的复合增强,并采用非线性有限元方法分析复合增强的行为特征。分析结果表明:在平面受压时,玻璃纤维布、铝箔具有明显增强效果,但在断面受压时无明显增强效果;组坯方式不同,玻璃纤维布、铝箔的增强效果也不同;试件跨度、厚度和长度对极限承载力的影响具有交互作用。

Nonlinear finite element analysis on reinforced effect of domestic laminated timber

Abstract: Domestic plantation wood, which has fast growth, short cutting period and low mechanical strength, is difficult to achieve the requirements of wooden bridge engineering material. Therefore, the glass fiber cloth and aluminum foil acted as reinforcing material, and the reinforced behavior of multifunctional composite reinforced material was analyzed by the nonlinear finite element. The results show that glass fiber cloth and aluminum foil have obvious reinforced effect under flat pressure, but have no obvious reinforced effect under side pressureand glass fiber cloth and aluminum foil have the different reinforced effect resulting from the different assembly methods. Furthermore, the interaction effects of span, thickness and length are exerted on the ultimate bearing capacity of laminated timber.
