基于可靠度指标的超高层建筑抗风舒适度性能评价*

[摘要]  随着经济技术水平的提高,近年来城市超高层建筑越来越多,而由于其高柔特性,其对风荷载十分敏感。如何评估结构在风荷而结构在风荷载下舒适性能水平十分重要,而由于结构自身与风场都具有较大的随机性,因此建立基于性能可靠度标准的评价也十分必要针对此问题,本文首先介绍结构抗风性能水平的划分标准,然后考查结构在随机风荷载作用下的动力特性。同时考察结构自身特性与风荷载的随机特点,利用Monte Carlo 法与虚拟激励法相结合,计算结构抗风性能水平的可靠度,并确定结构基于可靠度指标的抗风舒适度性能。最后,本文引用一个超高层建筑的算例来说明这种方法的有效性与适用性。

The human comfort performance assessment of super tall buildings under wind load based on the reliability index

Abstract: The super high buildings have been constructing massively in modern urban cities in recent years. However, due to the high-rise and flexible of the structure, the super tall building is very sensitive to wind actions. The randomness of the structure properties and the wind has a great influence on the structure, and it is essential to assess the human comfort performance of the building under wind loads based on the reliability index. This paper firstly introduced the human comfort performance level under wind. Then the interaction between the wind load and the structure was considered to calculate the responses of the building under the possible wind. The uncertainty of the structural properties and the wind field were considered. The pseudo-excitation method (PEM) and the Monte Carlo method were adopted in the frequency domain analysis to calculate the reliability of the structure and identify the human comfort performance index of the building. Finally the proposed method is applied to a super tall building to illustrate its effectiveness and applicability.
