福州泰禾商业购物中心结构设计

摘要]福州泰禾商业购物中心项目采用现浇混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,因形体复杂而成为抗震超限结构。主要讨论了结构超限设计中的几个关键问题:防震缝位置的选择;楼板应力计算;斜柱拉梁内力分析;跨缝自动扶梯和钢桥的节点构造。结果表明:复杂商业建筑的防震缝设置需要兼顾功能和受力;对存在楼板连接薄弱的结构,需要仔细分析楼板薄弱处的面内及面外受力;对存在斜柱拉梁的结构,需对拉梁的受力状态仔细分析。

Structural design of Fuzhou Taihot Plaza

Abstract: Fuzhou Taihot Plaza adopts in-situ concrete frame-shear wall structure system. Because of the complex shape, it becomes an anti-seismic out of code structure. Several key points in structure design were discussed, including the seismic gap location, the floor stress analysis,  internal force analysis of the pull beams on oblique columns, the connection details of cross-gap escalator and steel bridge. The results show that both the building function and structure force need to be concerned when deciding seismic gaps. When weakly connected floor slab exists in the structure, the forces in the plane and out of plane should be analyzed carefully for the weak points of the floor. The stress state of pull beams need careful analysis for the structure with pull beams on oblique columns.
