振动台基础最大线位移计算及在测试中的应用

摘要]在我国现行《动力机器基础设计规范》第4章活塞式压缩机基础中,虽然给出了动力计算公式,但只用于单一转速(定工作频率)的压缩机基础振动。本文补充了宽频带振动台基础的最大线位移计算公式,总结了定、变扰力作用下线位移曲线之间的变换关系,给出了最大线位移之间以阻尼比表示的关系式,最后讨论了在基础测试中的应用。

Calculation of maximum linear displacement for vibrator foundation and application in measure

Abstract: At present, in the chapter 4-reciprocating compressor foundation of Code for design of dynamic machine foundation, there are only calculating formulas applied for single rotational velocity (fixed working frequency). The calculation of maximum linear displacement in the wide frequency zone of vibrator foundation was complemented. The relative transform of linear displacement curves produced by constant force and frequency-dependent force excitation was summarized. The relative equation of the maximum linear displacement curves indicated by damping ratio was presented. At last, the application of measurement to foundation was discussed.
