某体育中心超低水泥用量混凝土对结构耐久性的影响分析

[提要]  在混凝土配合比设计中,规范规定了最小水泥用量以保证混凝土耐久性。通过某体育中心工程中出现的问题,分析该工程混凝土配合比及各胶凝材料用量对结构耐久性的影响,特别是对影响结构耐久性的原因做出分析。着重从原料的生产和使用层面上分析影响混凝土耐久性的因素及原因,从耐久性的角度评价水泥和混凝土的质量,可对解决此类问题提供借鉴。

Durability Analysis of Concrete with Low Cement Dosage of a Stadium Center Project/Fa Yongsheng, Li Dong (Civil Engineering Department of Shanghai University, Shanghai 200072, China)
Abstract:On the mix ratio design of concrete, the specification regulates the minimum cement dosage in order to meet the need of durability. It tries to analyze the influence of concrete mix ratio and cementing material discharges to structure durability, especially analyzes the reasons that influence structure durability. It also analyzes the factors and reasons that influence the durability of concrete from the viewpoint of raw material"s production and application, and evaluates the quality of concrete in terms of durability aspect, which may be an excellent reference for the solution to similar problems.
