[摘要]某热轧厂设备箱形基础长约500m、宽40~60m,底面积巨大。热轧生产线设备标高精度对基础差异沉降要求非常严格。采用桩基容易满足对热轧设备箱形基础差异沉降的要求,但耗资巨大;不采用桩基则节省投资,但存在后期差异沉降较大的风险,从而影响生产。对桩基方案与强夯地基处理方案进行了比较,并在各自基础沉降完成全过程期间(包括生产阶段),对工期、费用、生产风险进行比较,综合评估这两种地基处理方案的优劣。

Comparison of ground treatment schemes for a hot strip mill equipment box foundation

Abstract: Equipment box foundation of a hot strip mill has a large area with 500 meters length and 40~60 meters width. Hot strip mill equipment’s elevation accuracy calls for strict requirements for the differential settlement of the foundation. The pile foundation is easy to satisfy the requirements of differential settlement, but the cost is huge. Investment is saved if pile foundation is not used, but the differential settlement is a big risk and it will affect production. The construction period, cost and production risk of the pile foundation and the dynamic compaction ground foundation were compared in the whole process of foundation settlement period (including the production stage) to comprehensively evaluate the pros and cons of two foundation treatments.
