［提要］  怡馨家园1#楼为框架剪力墙结构, 平面呈L形,平面和竖向布置均不规则。楼盖结构为现浇空心板。主楼与裙房之间地基不均匀沉降的处理和超长结构的处理采用了后浇带和防震缝。着重介绍主裙楼结构的设计要点和构造措施。

Structural Design in the No.1 Building of Yixin Jiayuan/Shi Biao,Zhu  Ruiqing,Li Jie(Beijing Institute of Residential Building Design & Research Co., Ltd.，Beijing 100005, China)

Abstract:The frame shear wall system is used in the No.1 Building of  Yixin Jiayuan.The plane of the tower is in the shape of L. It is an irregular structural arrangement in plane and vertical. The selection of structural scheme, solution of the diverse settlement of ground and the supper long structures are presented. The design of the foundation beam of the accessory structure is discussed in detail.
