[摘要]结合钢-混凝土组合梁楼盖体系设计实例,选用MIDAS/Gen软件,分别针对施工阶段与使用阶段,建立了梁格模型、采用换算钢梁截面、虚拟楼板的梁板混合模型以及采用真实组合截面的梁板混合模型,并采用有限元软件进行了分析计算,应用有限元设计方法完成了该组合梁楼盖体系设计,并得出如下结论:1)梁格模型可以精确模拟施工阶段楼盖体系受力特征;2)采用换算钢梁截面、虚拟楼板的梁板混合模型可以准确得到使用阶段组合梁楼盖体系中各组合梁的内力分布情况;3)采用真实组合截面的梁板混合模型可以精确得到组合梁楼盖体系整体变形与自振特性;4)有限元建模设计方法为钢混凝土组合梁楼盖体系设计提供了一种高效、精确、实用的途径。

Finite element method based design method of steel-concrete composite floor system

Abstract:Based on an actual design project of a steel-concrete composite floor system, finite element design software MIDAS/Gen was used for the design of the construction stage and the service stage. The beam-slab model was established as well as the beam-slab hybrid model of equivalent steel sections and virtual concrete slab, while the actual composite beam section was elaborately simulated in the other beam-slab hybrid model. Finite element design software was used to analyze and calculate the three models. By employing the finite element design method, the design of the composite floor system was accomplished effectively. The strategy of the finite element method based design was introduced in detail. Conclusions can be drawn: 1) the mechanical behavior of the composite floor system for the construction stage can be well simulated by the beam-slab model; 2) the distribution of the internal force of beams of the composite floor system for the service stage can be achieved by the beam-slab hybrid model of equivalent steel sections and virtual concrete slab; 3) the overall deformation and vibration characteristics of the composite floor system can be accurately analyzed by the beam-slab hybrid model of actual composite beam section; 4) the finite element method based design method offers a well applicable approach for the design of the steel-concrete composite floor system effectively and accurately.
