[摘要]渭南市体育场钢屋盖是由主、副两道拱形桁架支撑组成的空间管桁架结构体系。钢结构屋盖与下部钢筋混凝土看台部分完全脱开。东、西看台屋盖呈两片单独的梭形,计算跨度为290m,结构最高点距地面约63.5m。节点以相贯节点为主,拱脚采用铸钢节点。利用MIDAS软件对结构进行各工况下的静力分析,结果表明,结构应力、位移满足设计要求;对结构进行整体稳定性分析,结果表明,结构对初始缺陷不敏感,具有较好的整体稳定性;此外,还对相贯节点、铸钢节点进行有限元分析,对钢结构杆件应力、变形进行了卸载监测。

Structural design on the large-span steel roof of Weinan stadium

Abstract: The steel roof of Weinan stadium is spatial pipe truss structure consisting of two arch supports. The whole roof is completely separated from the lower reinforced concrete stand part. The shape of the roof structure of the west and east stand is a piece of single spindle with span of about 290m and the maximum height of about 63.5m.The steel structure adopts the welded nodes mostly and the arch foots adopt the cast-steel nodes. MIDAS software was used to carry out static stress analysis of the structure under each mechanical condition. Results show that the static stress and displacement satisfy the requirements of the related standards. The overall structural stability analysis was carried out to come to the conclusion that the structure is not sensitive to the initial defects and performs well in the overall structural stability. The typical welded nodes and the cast-steel nodes were analyzed by the finite element method. The stress and deformation of steel members were monitored in the unload process.
