[摘要]成都大魔方演艺中心大陀螺钢屋盖采用大跨度空间桁架结构体系,不均匀地承重于剪力墙、部分筒体及框架柱上,支承条件复杂。设计时采用单独的钢屋盖结构模型和含钢屋盖与下部混凝土结构的整体模型进行对比分析,分析结果表明,设计中应充分考虑下部结构对钢屋盖的影响。选取钢屋盖中的关键节点进行有限元模拟分析,针对应力较大的节点,采取有效的加强措施。设计结果表明,屋盖结构不仅能满足建筑的外观及复杂的功能要求,而且具有可靠的受力性能。

Structural design and analysis on steel roof of the main venue of Chengdu Large Magic Cube Performing Arts Center

Abstract: The roof structure of the main venue of Chengdu Large Magic Cube Performing Arts Center is a large span space truss supported on the shear walls, tubes and frame columns. The support conditions are complex and non uniform. The analysis, considering the interaction of roof and the lower structure was compared with what, considering the steel roof structure only. It was indicated that the influence of lower structure on the steel roof is significant enough to be considered. Key joints were researched by finite element analysis, and the high stressed connections were strengthened effectively. Design results show that the structure not only meets the architectural feature and function satisfactorily, but also has reliable mechanical performance.
