[摘要]结合西安市盛龙广场大底盘多塔结构工程实例,分析了大底盘多塔结构的结构特性和水平地震作用下结构的整体变形和受力特征。若将设备层作为单独的结构层,则会导致整体结构侧向刚度较难满足规范要求,对结构整体受力产生不利影响。提出设备层竖向抗侧刚度突变的处理方法及设计要点,为此类工程设计提供一定借鉴。

Treatment method of lateral stiffness mutation of large-chassis multi-tower structurewith the mechanical floor

Abstract: Based on the practical large-chassis multi-tower structure on Shenglong square in Xi’an, the structure characteristics were analyzed as well as the overall deformation and mechanical characteristics under the horizontal earthquakes. If regarding the mechanical floor as a single structural floor, the overall lateral stiffness of the mechanical floor can not meet the requirements of design code, which does harm to the overall mechanical characteristics of the structure. The treatment method of vertical lateral stiffness mutation of the mechanical floor is presented, providing reference for the design of similar projects.
