750kV格构式变电构架节点板厚度优化试验研究及仿真分析*

摘要]对采用不同厚度节点板的750kV格构式变电构架格构柱KT形节点进行了足尺试验及有限元仿真分析,考察了其在设计荷载和1.5倍设计荷载作用下的受力及变形情况。结果表明,节点板厚度减小后,设计荷载作用下其仍处于弹性工作状态,1.5倍设计荷载作用下其仍然安全,可为节点板设计提供参考依据。

Experimental study and simulation analysis on gusset-plate thickness optimization of 750kV lattice substation frame

Abstract: Full-scale tests and relevant finite element simulation analysis were conducted on lattice column gusset-plates with different thickness of a 750kV lattice substation frame to study the stress and deformation behavior under the design load and 1.5 times of the design load.Results reveal that after the reduction of the gusset-plate thickness, the column is still in elastic working state under the design load and keeps in safety under 1.5 times of the design load.The study provides reference for gusset-plate design.
