[摘要]梭形柱由于其建筑造型轻巧美观,在大跨度钢结构工程中得到了较多应用。介绍济南西客站枢纽工程中梭形柱的设计过程,采用SAP2000软件分析得到了考虑初始缺陷的梭形柱的屈曲荷载,利用简化公式计算了梭形柱的极限稳定承载力,采用铸钢节点以满足多梁交汇节点的安装要求,采用成品固定铰接支座以满足梭形柱的转动要求。工程实践结果表明梭形柱是安全可靠的,对相似工程具有借鉴意义。

Structural design of the shuttle-shape steel latticed column and the roof of Jinan Western Bus Terminal

Abstract: Shuttle-shape steel latticed column is widely applied in large-span steel structure due to its light self-weight and beautiful appearance. The design procedure of the shuttle-shape steel column which is used in the project of Jinan Western Bus Terminal was introduced. The buckling load of the shuttle-shape steel column considering the initial imperfection was obtained by the analysis of SAP2000. The ultimate stability bearing capacity of the column was calculated with the simplified formula. The cast steel joint was used as the connection of beams due to its convenience in production and installation.The fixed hinged support was used to satisfy the rotation requirements of the column.The practice result demonstrates that the shuttle-shape steel latticed column is safe and reliable, and the measures adopted can be used in other similar projects.
